Happy New Year, Hope everyone has a GREAT one!!!
I went to the casino last night with my sister Judy, we didn't win but still had lots of fun.
I came back home last night & thought I would post a few los that I hav done, still haven't got my printer going yet at the apt. so I hav 2 post when I get home.
This lo Christmas Joy, I used chalks & glimmer mist, the lamp post was sent 2 me from Pat, the butterflies are punched with a Martha Stewart punch then I chalked the edges & added glitter, the flowers r all flowers I found in the floral dept. at craft stores, the green one I picked up at the $1.

Prima BAP

Hi everyone, I'm back home 4 a few days, I hav been checking out the stuff on Lets get shabby & That's just so cute & boy is it ever going to be hard to pick winners... The amount of talent is unreal... U PEOPLE r AWESOME!!!!
In other news I hav been running my legs off trying 2 keep up with my kids & grandkids, its nuts out there, they r all so busy & now their dragging me into it, I hav 2 come home just 2 get some rest!!!
My husbands Basketball team is undefeated so far, so thats been lots of fun, they r a really fun team 2 watch.
This lo I did 4 the Prima BAP challenge, everything on this lo is prima except 4 the cake lace, my buddy Pat sent me a bunch of new ones.

GRAPHIC 45 Projects

Hi, These r some Projects that I did for GP45, I was going 2 be the guest designer 4 December, But my package got lost in the mail & by the time I got it I wouldn't hav had time 2 do a good job 4 them so I hav been moved 2 April. these r just a few things that I had time 2 whip up!! All these projects r done with the GP 45 Christmas papers which I luv!!!! They r such thick heavy papers that they work so well on altered projects.
The sled I found in a thriftstore & it was really ugly... I painted it & used GP 45 papers on it & they really spiffed it up. The vintage Santa is so AWESOME, all the papers r great if you want 2 get a vintage look.
Anyhoo, I'm working on a couple of los & hope 2 get them finished & posted here as soon as possible.

My Grandson Kayden with a big pout on his face, I don't think Santa will bring him anything this year!!! Not really he is such a SWEETHEART!!!
the tree on this lo I made by cutting a tree shape out of white cardstock, then I punched lots of leaves out, chalked & glittered them, then stacked them on the tree.

Snow Bunny

Hi, I'm back home 4 a day & was able to get a lo done, Boy is life ever getting in the way of scrappin'!!! Going between 2 households isn't easy, but the bright spot is I get to see my kids & grandkids all the time now that I am staying in the same town as them,so that part is GREAT!!!! Soon as I get a computer for the apt. I'll be back on track.
My Husband has his first game with his new team tomorrow night so I will be leaving first thing in the morning going back out town so no scrappin 4 a few days.
This lo is of my Grandaughter Kendra the hat reminds me of bunny ears. the bird & yellow flowers r Prima, I used some eyelash yarn on this , I just cut small pieces & tucked it under the flowers, The big white flowers r some that I bought in the christmas section of a craftstore.
I'm off 2 check out all the SHABBY project you girls hav come up with... can't wait 2 see what u hav done!!!
Oh & I hav another lo I will post tomorrow when I can get a pic of it, Its done with Websters Pages!!

Hi, Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!! Ours was AWESOME we all went 2 Kolby's football game, We had r Thanksgiving dinner in the parking lot of Fred Meyers shopping market & it consisted of turkey sandwhiches & gummy worms. his team lost but it was a great experience 4 him & a Thanksgiving that we will always remember.
I am still out of photo paper, I keep forgetting 2 buy some, then when I get home I'm dead in the water, I hav los done but can't put a pic on it!!!
On this lo almost all of the embellies I bought in the christmas section at a craftstore even the santa, he was on a christmas card, the sliver ornaments r plastic so I don't hav 2 worry about them breaking, The netting is off my garland that I put on my fireplace mantel, I just cut a piece off & stappled it on some black cardstock 4 some texture on the lo.

Let's Get Shabby Challenge #6

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!
This lo is 4 the LGS Challenge 6 for this challenge there is no Rules, just a Christmas project, it can be a card, ornament or anything you can think of!!! The DT have come up with some of the neatest projects, go to the Let's Get Shabby blogspot & check the projects out they R so amazing & some great ideas!!!
On my lo I used some websters pages winters wings velum & regular paper, I cut the birdhouse out of it, the velum I used in the corner,its the roses.The red flowers R Prima,The tree is a wood tree then I covered it with paper put some snowtex & pearls on it, I used a gold snowflake ornament 2 put behind the pic, The red sheet music, I got the edges damp with water then curled & tore it with my fingers then when it dries it stays like that, it just gives it a distressed look
I hope that everyone has a great Thanksgiving, We r going to my Grandson Kolbys Football game, its like a bowl game under the lights so it should be alot of fun.

Sneaking in a summer lo, This is kiara last summer, I ran out of ink 4 my printer so I had 2 find some pics that I had already printed.
I used Websters Pages, you don't have 2 do much 2 a lo when u use WP paper, just add a few embellies & call it good, but I did cut out the lamp post & twisted some tulle ( I don't think I'm spelling that right) around it, the flower centers r prima, those cute lil birdcages my friend Pat sent 2 me.

CHRISTMAS ANGEL

This is my Daughter Miss Jamie, I luv this pic of her but the background was really busy so I cut her out, the gold cake doilie I bought this summer when we were at Lake Chelan, Knew I could use it on a christmas lo, the bird was on a greeting card, the flower is a Prima flower & the swirls r Prima. I used cardboard from a shipping box painted & chalked it, the letters R Prima I bought them at Michaels but they don't carry them anymore... dang.. I really like these letters but maybe they will get more in this spring.
I hav really enjoyed reading ur christmas memories on Lets Get Shabby!!
I better go get some cleaning done, I hav been goofing off all day.

SWANS

Hi, This is Trina & Kendra, Luv the Websters Pages Winters Wings, this paper had a swan on it so I cut the swan out, Scanned & enlarged so I would hav 2 sizes, cut cardboard & painted it with cream & blue paint, I put lace around it then glued it down around the edges, The Flowers & bling R Prima, I luv 2 mix Prima & websters together they r such a good mix, The bookplate is Tim Holtz & I just painted it cream, it was bronze, The small leaves I punched out, Chalked the edges then I put snow glitter on some & on some I put these really small beads that I found at the craftstore.
I'm really excited, 2 of my los were on the Prima Blog, One was 4 the Oct Bap contest, I didn't win My Sister Teresa Won (how excitng is that!!!) but they showed my lo & the other they just featured some los & mine was one of them!!!
Well I'm off 2 scrap & don't forget about the "Let's Get Shabby" Challenge & Card RAK.

This is Kaira she is a cheerleader 4 her Brother kolby's football team.
I used Basic Grey Papers & most of the embellies R Basic Grey, The overlay on the pic is also basic grey.
Not much going on here, went 2 Yakima with my sister today we went over White Pass & It was so pretty, lots of snow up there I had my camera with me but forgot 2 take any pics.

BIRTHDAY CARD

I made this card 4 my Sister Judy, Her Birthday is the 19th & we are going 2 the casino on her birthday, so I'll put alittle cash in it!!
I cut this card out of Websters Pages Winter's Wings, Its Winter paper, but is so pretty & with the flowers on it I think u can use it year round.The flower I made with some silky material that I did a running stitch on, gather it up, added some lace & layered it on a white flower that I had, put some glitter on it & added some tule.
Everyday it gets harder 2 get a good pic, I'll be so glad when the sun comes back out!!!
